Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs, identifying specific challenges and setting achievable goals for therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using a structured approach that includes Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions that encourage self-exploration and personal growth for clients of all ages.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills, resolving relational conflicts, and strengthening partnerships.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments to ensure they align with the evolving needs of clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in collaborative care by working alongside multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
