This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients through our telehealth platform. Our flexible scheduling system enables you to choose your caseload, which can range from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, depending on your preferences and availability. Staff members have the option to meet virtually or in person for group sessions, providing a diverse range of therapeutic options for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide outpatient mental health treatment, including case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to tailor therapeutic approaches, addressing unique client needs in a variety of settings, including crisis intervention and couples counseling.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and organizational standards, managing therapy paperwork and client-related correspondence effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Ph.D. in psychology with the ability to practice in Florida.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy services, with a strong focus on individual and family therapy.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records that facilitates remote service delivery.

Experience in providing therapy through telehealth modalities is highly desired. Additionally, a strong background in utilizing evidence-based interventions and tools to inform treatment decisions is a plus. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
