Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders impacting individuals, couples, and families.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, both individual and group, and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques and approaches to guide client conversations and promote healthy behaviors.

• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress through detailed assessments and adjust therapeutic techniques as needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as required to provide comprehensive referrals and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse populations including individuals and families coping with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and systemic issues affecting familial units. You will engage with clients from varying backgrounds and age groups, creating an inclusive space that validates their experiences while facilitating their journey towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Farmout Care Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide:
