Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, establishing a foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to address individual and family issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower clients, offering them valuable resources and a community of support.

• Collaborate regularly with other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies, ensuring the safety and immediate support of clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards through accurate documentation of patient interactions in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
