Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person, utilizing your skills in CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR as appropriate.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers to refine therapeutic approaches and share insights.

• Foster strong partnerships with clients, guiding them through their mental health journeys while addressing their unique challenges.

• Participate in ongoing training on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices, enhancing your ability to provide exceptional care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving diverse clients, ranging from children to adults and entire families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 yearly, reflective of experience and dedication.
