Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health needs of clients, followed by the formulation of individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions aimed at fostering personal growth and mental health recovery.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals that are specific, measurable, and attainable, tracking their progress actively throughout the process.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions for their convenience and comfort.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
