Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Gotham Enterprises, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, behavioral concerns, grief, and trauma.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment plans that align with the specific needs of each client.

• Assessing and diagnosing psychological conditions while regularly monitoring the progress of your patients toward their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve the entire family, addressing dynamics, communication issues, and personal challenges faced by family members.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborating with allied professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, children, and adolescents, seeking support for a variety of issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse problems.
\n
• Experiences of trauma or psychological/physical abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss, including loss of family members or significant relationships.
\n
• Challenges resulting from job stress or medical conditions that impact mental health.

• Adjustment issues related to separation, divorce, or family blending.
\n
• Parenting and familial conflicts, especially between mothers and daughters or among siblings.

• Communication barriers affecting interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n
