Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Providing individual and couple counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans addressing the psychological, emotional, and relational aspects of clients’ lives.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with entire families, focusing on communication improvement and conflict resolution among family members.

• Addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and challenges faced by blended families.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

• Managing caseload effectively, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents dealing with various challenges. You will specialize in working with families facing issues such as separation, divorce, and communication difficulties, supporting them as they navigate the complexities of their relationships.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
