Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the severity and frequency of mood disorders and relationship issues.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and preferences using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that the therapeutic approach remains effective.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health care providers to integrate care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy to continuously improve treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client information is protected.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
