Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, goals, and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques and ensure progress towards clinical goals.

• Maintain detailed and precise clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment modifications, in alignment with department policies.

• Deliver direct therapy services both individually and in group settings, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches.

• Engage in proactive communication with healthcare providers, families, and support systems to coordinate care and ensure effective treatment continuity.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed, facilitating immediate safety and stability.

• Monitor clients' progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on assessments and feedback.

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
