Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding to promote trust.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Conduct therapy sessions, both individually and with couples or families, using evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Provide regular consultations with clients, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations of their progress.

• Engage in case management by collaborating with other healthcare professionals, making appropriate referrals to specialists when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work primarily with diverse individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and promoting emotional well-being in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) recognized in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling abilities with proven experience in motivating clients through their therapeutic process.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect, understand, and empathize with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices, especially in relation to addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community mental health settings, particularly in a remote capacity, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
