Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, leading to tailored treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to guide clients through their healing process.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and objectives for therapy interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for every client.

• Provide crisis intervention services by assessing risk factors and developing safety plans when immediate support is necessary.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering community and shared healing among participants.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
