Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental and emotional health, using established assessment tools and methodologies to gauge their needs and concerns.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their specific goals are met effectively.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, tackling a diverse array of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to life transitions.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, in compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
