Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based practices, through live video sessions for adults facing a range of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers from Brightside to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address all aspects of clients’ mental health.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress metrics to evaluate and refine treatment approaches based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality.
\n
• Engage actively with the Therapy Leadership Team for support, guidance, and professional development as needed.
\n
• Conduct therapy for individuals aged 13 and up, and couples, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
\n
• Commit to measurement-based care, consistently evaluating treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, requiring therapists to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity when working with individuals from various backgrounds. Services are primarily targeted towards adults experiencing a multitude of emotional disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns. Our therapeutic approach aims to engage clients actively, encouraging their participation in the treatment process to enhance overall outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
