Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for providing therapy to individuals and families dealing with a variety of issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of each family member, formulating personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Facilitating both couple and family therapy sessions to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients experiencing challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Conflicts among family members, including siblings and parents
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Challenges related to blended families and remarriage

• Separation, divorce, and adjustment issues

• Job stress and medical issues

• Communication difficulties within families

\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that encompasses both physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications\n
