Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, focusing on adults experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties.

• Regularly collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, facilitating a comprehensive treatment approach tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to continuously monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Maintain organized clinical documentation through our cutting-edge therapist portal, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and protecting patient confidentiality.

• Offer talk therapy for individuals aged 13 and older and couples, employing evidence-based methodologies such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, or emotionally focused therapy.

• Demonstrate a commitment to measurement-based care, ensuring outcomes are tracked and assessed throughout the therapeutic process.
