Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individual and family dynamics to create personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual family members to address relationship issues and improve overall family communication.

• Specializing in a wide range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief/loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques and interventions to promote healthy coping mechanisms.

• Utilizing telemedicine tools as well as in-person therapy to enhance accessibility for your clientele.

• Providing ongoing support and guidance for families dealing with blended family challenges, job-related stress, and medical issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals navigating complex challenges such as blended family dynamics, parent-child conflicts, and emotional adjustments associated with life changes like divorce. Your role is crucial in enhancing mental health outcomes for these clients and fostering their capability to better manage their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
