Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet their specific needs.

• Provide face-to-face therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through therapeutic interventions designed to address their challenges.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy.

• Offer crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients feel safe and understood during difficult moments.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment in compliance with New York state regulations, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

• Participate in clinical case reviews and team meetings to share insights and enhance the overall quality of care provided by the clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
