Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments, utilizing validated tools to clearly identify client needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique issues faced by individuals, couples, and families, ensuring each plan is actionable and measurable.

• Provide engaging therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Support clients in building vital coping skills, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and implementing stress reduction techniques through evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
