Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic examinations, develop treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy interventions to individuals, families, and groups, tailored to various presenting issues.

• Provide comprehensive mental health treatments including crisis intervention, supportive therapy, skills training, and family counseling.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques while maintaining compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, contributing to treatment planning and management while ensuring continuity of care.

• Conduct evaluations to determine patients' clinical needs and adjust treatment modalities accordingly, aiming at both immediate and long-term mental health improvement.

• Engage in integrated clinical consulting, focusing on family dynamics and community resources, ensuring the holistic care of patients.

• Manage all necessary documentation and reporting, coordinating with relevant social agencies and family members, as needed, with patient consent.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or Psy.D to practice in the state of New York.

• Possess a Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
