Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with clients through compassionate and professional interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on counseling adults, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relational issues. With a diverse client base, you will have the opportunity to implement tailored treatment modalities that resonate with each individual's unique context and cultural background. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan with company match, and paid time off.
