Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic goals with their unique circumstances, preferences, and needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate and support clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance overall well-being.

• Monitor client progress, tracking developments and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by consulting with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to provide integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to continually improve treatment methodologies and client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy of all individuals served.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and community outreach initiatives to fortify the center's mission and objectives.

• Advocate for mental health awareness and address stigma surrounding mood disorders, ensuring all clients feel empowered and understood.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
