Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mental health challenges.

• Provide education and supportive counseling to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, mental health treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on evaluations and outcomes to ensure the best possible care.

• Engage in integrated care by coordinating treatment efforts with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to address the holistic needs of the client.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices related to mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring a secure record-keeping system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily focus on clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n
