Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with our organization, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing support for a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to, emotional abuse, substance abuse, grief, and loss, as well as communication difficulties within family units.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

You will be primarily working with a diverse clientele, including both adults and children, presenting with various challenges such as relationship conflicts, blended family dynamics, job-related stress, and adjustment issues following separation or divorce. Your therapeutic interventions will directly impact their ability to manage these challenges, ensuring healthy communication and fostering better family relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
