Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with patients to foster open communication and rapport.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and trauma.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and circumstances, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on patient progress.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods and interventions to promote healing and personal growth.

• Engage in ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress and make timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

• Provide referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers when appropriate, working collaboratively to support the comprehensive care of patients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
