Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in how you manage your workload while effectively supporting our clients. Our outpatient services facilitate a modern therapeutic experience, utilizing telehealth technologies and collaborative tools to ensure seamless communication with clients and multidisciplinary team members. You will engage with clients Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., contributing to their healing in a structured yet adaptable setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders, assessing intensity, frequency, and duration to inform treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized, comprehensive treatment plans that align with their specific needs, objectives, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate mental health improvements.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering greater understanding and agency in their healing journeys.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical practice standards.

Qualifications\n
