Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with a diverse clientele, employing active listening and empathetic communication techniques.

• Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments utilizing standardized tools and client history.

• Create individualized treatment plans reflecting each patient’s unique needs, including therapeutic goals and recommended interventions.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adapting therapeutic strategies based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A valid State license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
