Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting, positive relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, tailoring therapeutic interventions to fit individual circumstances.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions via telehealth to provide necessary therapy, adjust treatment plans based on client progress, and offer support as clients navigate their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
