Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify treatment needs and develop comprehensive care plans based on these assessments.

• Implement graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Facilitate open communication with colleagues during interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds to discuss treatment strategies, monitor progress, and ensure continuity of care.

• Manage administrative responsibilities, including the timely and ethical completion of client documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with clinical best practices.

• Provide case management services for assigned clients, which involve collaborating with external healthcare professionals and community programs to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
