Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Centered Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person settings.

• Assess clients to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities to address issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse

• Conflicts among family members and siblings
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce

• Communication difficulties within family dynamics

• Challenges faced by blended families
\n

• Monitor progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to care that considers mental and physical health.

• Document sessions in our electronic health record system efficiently and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n
