Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for couples, individuals, and families to identify their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage clients in therapeutic sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate joint sessions with couples and individual sessions, ensuring that both perspectives are understood and integrated into therapy.

• Support families coping with complex dynamics, such as blended families or adjustments following separation and divorce, while fostering a constructive dialogue.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s treatment.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality while using best practices for record-keeping.

Qualifications\n
