Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, outlining clear therapeutic goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate integrated care for clients.

• Participate in case consultations and treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive and client-centered approaches are followed.

• Lead psychoeducational classes and support groups to enhance the therapeutic journey for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
