Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions focused on couples, as well as individual therapy to address relational dynamics and personal challenges.

• Providing evidence-based interventions for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, job stress, and adjustment to separation/divorce.

• Engaging in family therapy sessions to work through blended family dynamics and communication difficulties.
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Documenting session notes and client progress in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and entire families. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotions related to relational conflicts, mental health issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
