Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address client concerns effectively.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, potential treatment options, and self-care strategies to encourage active participation in their own healing journey.

• Monitor progress and maintain detailed records of client engagement, adjusting treatment strategies based on observed outcomes and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits\n
