Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients seeking outpatient care.

• Conducting detailed assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics, mental health needs, and developing personalized treatment plans with specific goals.

• Utilizing family systems theory and evidence-based practices to address relational and emotional challenges, enhancing clients' interpersonal skills and coping mechanisms.

• Providing immediate support to clients during crisis situations, drawing upon de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and prompt intervention.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential client records including progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Facilitating skills-based education sessions on effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation strategies.

• Collaboratively engaging with colleagues, including other therapists, social workers, and medical health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a clinical setting as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, showing an ability to connect with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.

• A commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in all client-related matters.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
