Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Design comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that are collaboratively formed with the client, ensuring alignment with their values and therapeutic objectives.

• Create and maintain a safe, trusting environment that encourages open communication and fosters therapeutic relationships.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities tailored to benefit clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Engage in continuous professional development, seeking out additional training in specialized areas like adolescent therapy or trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate effectively with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance overall client treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating strong assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education reimbursement.
