Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting a range of therapy sessions including individual, couples, and family sessions via telehealth.

• Performing comprehensive client assessments to identify needs and developing tailored treatment plans that are aligned with therapeutic goals.

• Employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and play therapy to assist clients in achieving desired outcomes.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate electronic records that adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Building strong therapeutic alliances through effective communication, active listening, and fostering an environment of trust and confidentiality.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participating in case reviews, contributing to shared insights and strategies to enhance treatment efficacy for clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
