Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental, emotional, and relational needs of your patients.

• Coordinate care with other team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration for optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide consultation to team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Deliver individualized, family, or group therapy sessions incorporating diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to each unique situation.

• Act as a liaison with community agencies, fostering relationships that support patients' access to necessary resources.

• Document detailed treatment plans and ensure accurate reporting of clinical work in line with company policies and regulations.

• Engage in disposition planning and patient advocacy, promoting both immediate and long-term support strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on adult and geriatric populations, possessing the potential to expand your expertise to include children and adolescents in the future. You will work with patients facing a variety of challenges, ranging from interpersonal issues and life transitions to severe mental health conditions. Your ability to establish rapport and foster trust will directly impact the clients' journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Proven ability to build effective therapeutic alliances with diverse patient populations.

• Strong skills in clinical documentation and summarizing evaluations for compliance with medical records policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
