Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ unique situations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to their needs.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to effectively deliver remote therapy sessions when necessary or requested by clients.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans through timely and thorough progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions and communications to uphold our practice's reputation in the community.

• Abide by all service provider agreements, organizational policies, and state regulations governing therapy practice.

Our therapists cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and adjustment to life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington is required.

Preferred Experience\n
