Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs, formulating tailored treatment plans that align with each individual’s specific goals.

• Engage clients in one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, to foster positive outcomes and personal growth.

• Maintain detailed and timely progress notes to track client development, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to discuss client cases and share insights to enhance treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
