Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Citizens Memorial, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify areas of concern.

• Collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health challenges.

• Leading couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts within relationships.
\n
• Monitoring progress by regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans to reflect clients' evolving needs.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engaging with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care by integrating other health professionals' insights into treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families from various backgrounds. This role will allow you to make a significant impact on the mental health and wellness of clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and couples therapy, showcasing your expertise in therapeutic practices.

• A strong background in working with both children and adults, addressing a range of psychological and emotional issues.

• Proficient in completing timely client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
