Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play an integral role in our clinical team by:

• Conducting individual and family counseling sessions, addressing issues collaboratively and holistically.

• Providing therapeutic support for a range of challenges, including grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that therapy aligns with their goals and progress.

• Utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively to maintain a strong therapeutic alliance while adapting to clients' needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse array of clients, including couples seeking to improve their relationships and families dealing with various challenges. Common issues you will address include:

• Addressing physical and psychological abuse concerns.
\n
• Support for blended families navigating remarriage and parenting arrangements.

• Assisting clients in coping with separation or divorce, including adjustment strategies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
