Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals, couples, and families to identify emotional, psychological, and relational issues.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on strengthening relationships and enhancing communication skills.

• Specialize in therapeutic techniques addressing various issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Design and implement patient treatment plans tailored to each family’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients, when needed.

• Engage in continuous professional development and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse clients ranging from adults to adolescents, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns. This includes working with families experiencing blended family dynamics, mother-daughter conflicts, job-related stress, and significant life transitions, such as divorce. The breadth of issues you will address allows for a rich, varied experience in clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassion-driven approach to patient care.

• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and telehealth platforms for effective patient engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a wide range of issues such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients of various backgrounds and ages.

• Previous experience in teletherapy is a plus, showcasing adaptability to different therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
