Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and nurture positive, trusting relationships with patients, encouraging openness and engagement during counseling sessions.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and collaboratively create individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions both one-on-one and in group settings, focusing on strategies that promote constructive behavior change and emotional healing.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing practice management software for documentation and scheduling.

• Refer clients to appropriate specialists when required, ensuring comprehensive treatment pathways for all mental health and familial issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our practice emphasizes a client-centered approach that respects and honors the unique cultural backgrounds and life experiences of those we serve, allowing for tailored therapies that resonate with each patient's journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
