Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Providing individual therapy for clients, as well as joint sessions for couples and family units.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating communication among family members during therapy sessions to resolve conflicts and promote healthy relationships.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Offering confidential support to clients regarding adjustment issues related to separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients.
