Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Providing therapy sessions that may involve working with each family member both collectively and individually to address various issues.

• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication barriers.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatments and therapeutic techniques to facilitate resolution and recovery processes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients, while actively contributing to case management discussions.

• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse patient population—including individuals, couples, and families—hailing from various backgrounds. You will address a wide range of concerns such as job stress, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and the adjustment challenges associated with separation and divorce. Your expertise will greatly enhance the therapeutic experience for adults and adolescents, ensuring they receive personalized and effective care.

Qualifications\n
