Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of clinical activities. You will be expected to:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, conflict resolution, and emotional healing.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals, helping them navigate personal challenges and enhance their coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and track client progress toward treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and adhere to ethical standards and best practices in documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, including couples facing relationship challenges, families navigating conflicts, and individuals dealing with mental health issues such as grief, trauma, job stress, and adjustment to life changes. A significant aspect of your role will involve addressing the complexities of blended families, separation, and divorce transitions, along with promoting healthy communication strategies among family members.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, experience in the following areas will be considered advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
