Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at New Horizons, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans based on each client's specific needs and goals.

• Facilitating both group and individual therapy sessions, while skillfully integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing your expertise to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including blended families and those experiencing separation or divorce, to foster healing and understanding.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to obtain optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, participating in case consultations, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including both adults and children/adolescents, who face a variety of mental health challenges. You will be equipped to handle cases involving:

Qualifications\n
