Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and personal goals of each client, utilizing therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide ongoing assessment and tracking of client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Offer guidance and support to clients and their families on managing mood disorders, educating them on treatment options, and promoting self-care strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other allied healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

Your role will be crucial in providing empathetic, understanding, and effective therapy that empowers clients on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
