Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage in a diverse range of activities that contribute to the therapeutic process, including:

• Conducting assessments and therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on mental health issues and relational dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaboratively developing treatment plans and monitoring progress with ongoing evaluations.

• Addressing various issues such as alcohol abuse, trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.

• Educating clients about mental health and wellness strategies to promote resilience and self-efficacy.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse array of client demographics, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide specialized support to blended families navigating remarriage, individuals coping with separation and divorce, and families dealing with medical issues or job-related stress. Your expertise will help improve communication and resolve conflicts among family members, fostering healthier relationships and better outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
